WHAT IST CROSSFIT?

CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program that challenges and trains your entire body. CrossFit is not a commercial gym; CrossFit is a comprehensive range of varied, high-intensity, functional movements toprepare you for all the physical challenges life has to offer.

With CrossFit you run, row, jump, climb ropes, carry heavy objects or overcome obstacles. All the CrossFit movements are exactly what the human body has been developed to do.

 

CrossFit includes:

  • Functional movements, 

  • that are constantly varied 

  • and carried out with high intensity

 

CrossFit training combines elements of weightlifting, gymnastics and cardiovascular endurance disciplines (running, rowing, etc.). The CrossFit Program seeks to develop your endurance, strength, flexibility, speed and coordination to optimize your complete physical competence.

The beauty about CrossFit is that everybody can do it!  Scalability and intensity are individually adapted to you, giving you optimal training for your fitness level.

But now the best thing about CrossFit: the awesome community that comes with it!

Training is done in small groups under professional guidance with everyone doing the same workout. This creates a unique feeling that can’t be found anywhere else. With us you are taken in as a family member: we know you by name, know your strengths and weaknesses, and can still remember your first day with us and we’ll always remember the first time you did a muscle-up. CrossFit is different - try it! But keep in mind: Once you’re a CrossFitter, you won’t want to do anything else!
