CROSSFIT FOR BEGINNERS

Come and get to know CrossFit Tübingen before deciding on becoming a member. We offer a free trial week so you can become familiar with our unique training culture and see if you’d like to continue afterwards with one of our beginner courses and get started on building your CrossFit foundation.

One week - two free trial classes!  Pick two classes of your choice and come and work out with our members to feel and experience our unique atmosphere and training culture. Send us a short mail or give us a call and we’ll get you started. Everybody is welcome!!

Ready for the next step? Then get started with your beginner CrossFit course.

CROSSFIT FOR BEGINNERS

 

In our beginner classes you will learn all about CrossFit, the workout routines, class formats, and the essential techniques that are important for your training routine. You’ll learn how to use barbells, do various bodyweight exercises, get insight into the first steps of Olympic weightlifting and much more

Your class will also include a CrossFit workout so you can experience the great feeling one gets from CrossFit training! The beginner courses are made up of two parts – Intro 1&2 – it is the starting step and is a prerequisite for all other CrossFit courses. 

Intro 1 (approx. 4 hrs) & 2 (approx. 4 hrs) are held on Saturdays and Sundays making it possible to finish the beginner program in one weekend and be on your way to the next CrossFit level. Our classes are offered in a small group setting (min 5. max 12), are open to all fitness levels, and are provided in a safe and supportive environment.
